Tour Magical Cusco

Day 01.- LIMA - CUSCO - City Tour

Assistance on arrival in Cusco and transfer to your selected hotel. Free time to rest and acclimatize to the altitude. 13.00 hrs. Pick up time. In the afternoon, city tour of Cusco visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha.

We continue out of town to visit Qenko, Tambomachay and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman, strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco, famous for its enormous carved stones joined with astounding precision, after a panoramic view of Puca Pucara (panoramic view of Puca Pucara from the bus) we ended the tour at 18.30 Hrs. approx.

Day 02.- Machu Picchu - CUSCO

The day starts with an early morning transfer to Cusco train station for a 3 ½ hours journey to the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas" one of the best known examples of surviving Inca architecture. Arrive at Aguas Calientes Station followed by a 30-minute bus drive, climbing 6km of winding road, to the marvellous Citadel. Upon arrival, you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Temple of the Sun, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. After the tour you'll have time to stroll around the Archaeological Site at your leisure. Late afternoon return to Cusco. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 03.- Cusco - Transfer to the airport

Transfer to the airport for the flight back to Lima
